Terms and Conditions for Wedding Photography Services

1. Scope of Services

1.1. The Photographer agrees to provide wedding photography services to the Client on the date(s) and at the location(s) specified in the booking.

1.2. Services include photography coverage for the agreed-upon number of hours, editing and processing of images, and delivery of final images in digital format.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1. To secure the booking, a non-refundable booking fee of £75 of the total package price is required upon signing this agreement.

2.2. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the wedding date.

2.3. Payments can be made by bank transfer, cheque, or cash.

3. Cancellations and Postponements

3.1. In the event of cancellation by the Client, the booking fee is non-refundable.

3.2. If the Client postpones the wedding date, the Photographer will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the new date, subject to availability.

4. Photography Rights

4.1. The Photographer reserves the right to use the images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to, website portfolio, social media, and advertising.

4.2. The Client agrees to allow the Photographer to display selected images as examples of their work. If you do not want your images shown, please tell us and we will remove them.

5. Image Delivery

5.1. The Photographer will deliver a minimum of edited images per hour of coverage, delivered digitally via online gallery 

5.2. Images will be delivered within 3 weeks of the wedding date, unless otherwise specified.

6. Image Retouching

6.1. Basic retouching is included in the package price. Additional retouching requests may be subject to an additional fee.

6.2. The Photographer reserves the right to refuse excessive or unreasonable retouching requests.

7. Copyright and Usage

7.1. The copyright of all images belongs to the Photographer.

7.2. The Client is granted personal usage rights to the images for non-commercial purposes, including printing and sharing with family and friends.

7.3. The Client may not sell or commercially exploit the images without written consent from the Photographer.

8. Client Cooperation

8.1. The Client agrees to provide necessary cooperation to the Photographer, including but not limited to, timely arrival, provision of shot lists, and assistance in organizing group photos.

8.2. The Photographer is not responsible for missed shots due to lack of cooperation from the Client or factors beyond their control.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. The Photographer will not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the performance of the services.

9.2. In the unlikely event of a total photographic failure or cancellation of this contract by either party, the liability of one party to the other shall be limited to the total value of the contract.

10. Governing Law

10.1. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

11. Entire Agreement

11.1. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.

12. Amendments

12.1. Any amendments to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
